Is your heart of gold or is your heart a different colour to mine? That is so interesting to me!! Of course what I really mean is what is the the picture of your heart in my mind when I see your heart’s energy, obviously not it’s physical colour which is usually pinkish if healthy lol!
Maybe you are really struggling to see the value and colour of your own heart at the moment, this will mean you could be unhappy or you’ve been hurt or you suffer with deep sensitivity or just simply that you are unfulfilled and not able to connect with your own value or your loved ones in a way you wish you could. I really hope you are keeping your faith strong that you will get better, I really do hope you get better ok!
It takes a great amount of deepest love to heal especially helping those who have experienced the very darkest traumas. It is often the case that counsellors and guiders have to do some more healing work on themselves when they make the choice to go forward in that career. This is because to stand in the valley of the shadow of death you must be incredibly sure that your own choice are are always for 100% for light for yourself FIRST. Only then can you try and not be jaded by hearing all the atrocities that people have committed and still be the joyous bubbly person that you are! Otherwise that is not your highest path and purpose if it is making you, yourself struggle!
I ALWAYS tell my friends this, please do not feel that your troubles are a burden to me, no matter what I have gone through I am there for you ALWAYS in whatever small way I can be which might not be much but could make the choice between going up or down.
Recovery from trauma means standing in acceptance and non-judgement of all choices.
This is incredibly difficult. As of course we do not wish people to carry out horrific acts and we very actively pursue the path of stopping these types of negative acts of course we do!
All those people who work in schools, prisons, hospitals, you are doing great and keep going, you are healing the most vulnerable well done you!
If you need healing from the traumas that have happened in your lifetimes. Please, my simple advice is keep on connecting to love. DO NOT turn away, from where you find love shows up for you. Please, please, please do not be scared. Immense deep love is incredibly scary isn’t it?? But I absolutely guarantee that it is only love that will help heal you and nothing else, wherever that pure, positive love is, that is good isn’t it?

And in other important news my beautiful Cat Pumpkin-Blaise has very patiently allowed Mittens my little rescue kittie to fall in love with him, with his patience, kindness and fun!!! It is so cute! Many cwtches here now awwwww!
Now Blaise, I wish you luck with my OTHER CAT SCRATCHY!! Aka Bo-cat, she is a tiny, cute as a bean tabbie cat. However her actual name from birth is BOUDICCA and she is a big, fluffy, beast kitten waiting for you Blaise! She has clocked you straight away but you were so teeny tiny she is waiting and just seeing what you will do lol! I am quite excited to announce his progress as it goes along because, of she loves you already but it will be lots of fun to see you play and chase each other, unlike cute little Mittens who is quite shy.
In fact Bo-cat has appeared right now watch this space everyone tee hee!
