What type of “work” or “job” do you love to do? If you have found work you simply enjoy so much it passes the time so easily for you, I like to call this “being in the flow” and you are so incredibly lucky to find that thing, and if you get paid for doing it then big ups to you too! Woop woop!
I have an amazing time at a job I love doing admin for my friends, many of them live on site, at what we call private caravan complexes. So I could say “oh I am going back to work today at the office”, how grey and dull working on computers all day, or I could secretly tell you that it is so wonderful being outdoors connecting with nature so easily and so completely. Existing together harmoniously with nature and wild things is wonderful isnt it?
But then maybe if I told you that it wasn’t cold and grey and wet but warm and friendly and loving to live in a co-operative group. Maybe you all might wish to do that? Should we share the ideas of our greatest loves with other people? As long as we do so responsibly and let people know the negatives and positives in a way they will understand that empowers them rather than making it seem un-real and with unrealistic expectations. There is always effort involved, looking after yourself and others means a constant commitment to that way of life. No slacking, but no excessive hard work either, finding a balance by sharing what you are good at and letting others share what they are good at. A healthy balance of giving and receiving. That’s important to me to give and receive a lot! lol!
When you live in spaces together there must be healthy and respectful boundaries. I see it like living in a smaller island. If the culture is not respectful then life will not be harmonious. Dog eat dog rather than hierarchical. Isn’t it a great thing to be able to look at other cultures, at home and around the world and see what has worked for them? Taking lessons with you in good work ethics and respectful boundaries and share those skills with others? Being respectful of others cultures and beliefs is core to a good world.

Meaning think of good times ahead and keep working everyone in whatever you enjoy! Whether you do it for love or for money it is all good isn’t it???
